I can only say that it was a nice stay in a nice and central studio. Service was good and host was very respondent.

Nice spot in the heart of Old Town, Nice

Had a very nice time at this spot, we were in town for the One Ocean Science Congress, and this VRBO was perfect for what we needed. Small apartment on the top floor of a beautiful building in Old Town Nice. Grocery stores and good restaurants are less than a two-minute walk away, depending on which direction you go. The bathroom was a bit stinky due to the sewer system, but that is true of anywhere in the area. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay here again!
