There is no question, that the location of the appartment is first class. It's located in a quiet side street of Promenade des Anglais about 70m from the beach. In the opposite direction, you are in the middle of the pedestrian area with a multitude of restaurants, shops, fashionable boutiques. The appartment's balcony is best suited for having breakfast.
On the other hand, the appartment's furniture is less than average, the sliding doors of the wardrobe are almost not moving, the bed covering is heavy but not warming. The kitchen is suited for preparing breakfast but not much else. Fortunately, bathroom and seperate WC are in order.
The question is, wether you are an indoor or utdoor person. Indoor: questionable, outdoor: Thats it!

Nice balcony to quiet street with sea view few steps to the left to the beaches, few steps to the right to lively street with shops, cafés and restaurants.
