Perfect location at Promenades des Anglais, with balcony and a sea view.
- The name and address sum up this bright apartment well. From its 7th floor, you have a commanding view over the Promenade des Anglais and the Mediterranean, only a few minutes from Nice's most famous landmark building: Hotel Negresco. The furnished balcony has a table and seating for four.
Inside you’ll find the living room with a sofa bed for two and a dining table for four. A bedroom with a double bed is situated towards the calm inner yard. There is a bathroom with WC and a washing machine. The kitchen is well-equipped and suitable for cooking.
Here, you’ll live in the heart of the city, with a great supply of restaurants, boutiques, and cafés. Also, there is a bus stop at the airport next to the apartment.

Overall a great location for our stay.
A little tricky to find since there are two locations with the same address, but it worked out fine.
Enjoyed the ability to open the doors at the balcony. Nice view of the ocean and seating area.

Nice is such a fabulous “walking” city and the apartment is center to everything - the beach, old town, great markets, shopping…. Very sparse - bring your own towel!

Nice apartment in a very convenient location. Had all the amenities that we required. The balcony was perfect for morning breakfast and evening sunsets. Viveka, the property manager, was communicative and easy to work with.

Best place to stay in Nice with a View to the Mediterranean Sea
The location is perfect. Easy walk to all the places you want to see. I great coffee shop is conveniently at the base of the building. Viveka is the property manager and she is fantastic. We communicate with her frequently since the train was dealed a few times since we has to transfer a few times. The check-in and out was a breeze.

Great flat, Great location
This property was a great base for our visit to Nice. Loved being steps from the promenade and being able to walk just about everywhere from here! The view of the Med from the balcony is MUCH more impressive in reality than the photos. Be prepared for a tiny french elevator, but at least there is an elevator to get to the 7th floor!

Beautiful view, wonderful location!
This great apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The bedroom had a wonderful heating/cooling system. The unit was right off the Promenade in a great location but it was very quiet at night. The kitchen and bathrooms were good size. The deck had a great view of the blue Mediterranean sea. I highly recommend!

Great Location
The location was wonderful! Great view and an easy walk to many places. Viveka was easy to communicate with, and super helpful. Check in was no problem. Viveka met us at the apartment and showed us everything we needed to know. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. My husband and I loved it! Highly recommend!!

Lovely Parisian Style Apt
A very beautiful space in a perfect area (chemin des Anglais) with a partial view of the Baie des anges. This unit is perfect for singles or a couple. It is also well stocked, kitchen-wise. The artwork, furnishings and partial pink marble flooring are reminiscent of a Parisian dwelling. A very cute pied à terre close to all amenities and all of the wonderful restaurants and shopping on the Place Massena/flower market. Highly recommend.
