    This prestigious French-style self-catering holiday home, with exceptional exposure, is located on the first floor of an independent, self-contained villa in Gattières - a picturesque 12th-century village overlooking the Var valley. The views of the valley and the sea will enchant you not only during the day. In the evening, you can admire a magical sea of lights in the valley. The flat's panoramic location and private pool guarantee a rejuvenating stay. The owner lives on the ground floor, but you can enjoy absolute privacy. At the same time, its proximity to Nice international airport, beaches and famous towns makes the flat the ideal place to spend a colourful holiday in the sunshine of the south of France.

    The 125 m² non-smoking flat offers plenty of space in its French-style rooms, as evidenced by the 60 m² living room. It consists of a comfortable lounge set in front of the fireplace with leather sofa and armchairs and a dining set. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. There are three bedrooms in all, also furnished in an elegant, timeless style. Two of the bedrooms each have a double bed (160 x 200 cm), while the third has another double bed (140 x 190 cm), a single bed (90 x 190 cm) and a folding bed (80 x 180 cm). Each bedroom has its own fan. The spacious bathroom has a bath, shower, double washbasin and bidet. For safety and hygiene reasons, particular care is taken with the final cleaning of the accommodation, outside areas, terrace and swimming pool, making the rental area 600 square metres completely private.

    The 80 m² terrace, enclosed and protected from the sun, communicates with the living room. Here you can enjoy absolute peace and quiet. Parents can relax while the children play. The terrace has an arbour (5 x 3 m) and a pergola (3.5 x 3.5 m), a barbecue, a wall-mounted pizza oven, garden furniture, a table and chairs and sun loungers. This means you can spend plenty of time outside enjoying the barbecue, eating, relaxing and lounging. From the terrace, you can access your own private swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 1 m to 1.70 m deep), filled with chlorine-treated water and situated just below. Thanks to its sunny location, it's already a pleasant temperature early on. The 200 m² paved area around the pool is furnished with six sun loungers, two parasols and a solar shower. It enjoys all-day sunshine and magnificent sea views. Enjoy the peace and quiet as you listen to the birds and cicadas. For those who like to be a little more active, a table tennis table and table football are available. The property has an automatic entrance gate, automatic lighting and two parking spaces.

    Tourist information material on the surrounding area is available in the flat. Wireless internet access is available free of charge.

    There are shops and restaurants within a 2 km radius. Visit Nice. The famous tourist city is just ten kilometres away. Nearby, you can also visit the beaches of Saint Laurent du Var and many other famous places.
