“Great breakfast, clean room, pleasant front staff”

“False advertising. The rooms are not suites. They call them suites because the rooms can connect, but their rooms do not have a separate door to the bedroom. Room doesn’t come with coffee machine, you have to ask for it. Everyone in the hotel is expected to use 2 automatic coffee machines in the lobby that take a while to work. ”

“The room was clean and comfortable, just outdated. Air conditioning worked great!! The bed was amazing! The staff was not very friendly, We asked for a couple more pillows and was told NO..that they were out of pillows? The front desk, did not have great patience when checking in, and then we got a couple snacks from the snack area (it was amazing and fully stocked) but we stood there for 5 minutes waiting for the lady to acknowledge us to buy the snacks.. So the only down side to the hotel……

“When I got to check in, the staff said the Expedia over book all the time that I'm sorry but they didn't have any rooms, to call Expedia. But up to now I can get in touch to talk to Amy body to get my money return. I being using the appt for long time, this is the first time this is happening to me.”

“Breakfast was decent. Good coffee machine. Okay workout room. ”

“The property has a great layout and the rooms are spacious. There was no coffee at breakfast, only one carafe of coffee. It was spring break weekend though, so might have been more busy than normal. Average breakfast offerings, so, not bad. Staff was very friendly. We stayed at a different property the weekend prior and this property was much more family friendly. It was acceptibly clean. It just looks like it needs maintenance, like peeling wallpaper. Moldy caulking in the bathroom. Toilet……

“I stay here every month for 2-3 days. Love this hotel for the convenience cleanliness staff good food plenty of parking never a disappointment ”

“The tub was clogged. Water was up to ankles. Bed was terribly uncomfortable it was obviously very old. ”

“The pool heater was out and hot tub was down also. Maybe stay why I got this hotel was for the pool and hot tub was disappointing ”

“I booked last minute due to travel and digital check in and getting to my room was super easy. Had a communication via text from staff if any questions arose. Overall hotel was nice and clean and would stay again. Breakfast did not start till 7am which felt late to a Saturday compared to other hotels I have stayed in.”

“You have to request towels and wash cloths to shower and the “free continental breakfast” was a joke. Some pre packaged cereals, stale bread, and juice. ”

“Nice little kitchen? Enough for what you need! Even have a gas grill outside in the front patio”
