"The location for this property is not correct when you look it up on the Hotels.com app. It looks like it is across the street from the Xtreme Arena in Coralville. It is actually about 2 blocks away on the other side of 1st Avenue next to the Comfort Inn. There was also a smell in our room which smelled like garlic bread sticks for the 2 nights we were there. The breakfast on the first morning ran out of the eggs on the hot portion of it. "

"Room was nice & clean. Friendly staff. Hotel is right downtown which is convenient but also attracts a young clientele so it’s rowdy. I was awake from 2:30 am & on due to 2 rooms of very loud parties. Not a lot of soundproofing so you can hear everything. Hotel staff did what they could but they ended up having to call the police. "

"The heating/air conditioning unit is extremely quiet. It was running, and kept the room at our desired temperature, but you didn't hear it running like in other hotels. Our room was very clean & comfortable. The breakfast was very good & a lot of choices for a full breakfast. "

"Dirty rooms, pillowcases had several stains. Ants in bathroom. Hairdryer dirty. Staircase dirty. No response when I asked about early check in. Smelly fridge. Horrible experience. I didn’t complete my full stay. I checked out after seeing the condition and stayed at a different hotel. Was told the manager would reach out to me the next morning still haven’t heard anything back"

"Pool was great, floor in pool was dirty and not cleaned next day. Room was nice, you can tell it’s an updated older property and that’s fine. During our stay the pool bar and other areas seemed to be closed. Breakfast food was average or below for our kids, smaller selection. All that aside, we enjoyed the room and would stay again. "
