Where have all the guests gone

Did not see any other guests, yet the noise from the lift all night long suggests there were plenty. Please don't stay here.

Ma è un 3 stelle o un quattro stelle?

Mi chiedo realmente se è un tre o quattro stelle non per lo stato dell'hotel in se ( perché da quello lo classificherei un 2 stelle al massimo) ma per il fatto che ovunque in hotel c'è scritto che è un tre stelle ( insegna, carte intestate, ovunque). Ad ogni modo, è davvero improponibile come hotel anche tre stelle. Bagno sporco, vecchio e piccolo. Materassi sfondati, lenzuola bucate. La colazione è ridicola! Insomma sconsiglio vivamente a tutti di imbattersi in quest'hotel

Vi valgte det pga beliggenheden for videre tur til Etna. Men der var beskidt og dårlig service. Morgenmaden var dårlige end ringe. Betal hellere et par 100kr mere og find et bedre hotel, dette er IKKE i nærheden af de 4 stjerner det bryster sig af. Poolen var dog fin, men gammel og slidt.

Good location to visit the Etna

The hotel itself was ok. The room was clean, the staff very kind, but the elevator makes a lot of noise during the night, the pillows were way too soft to sleep on and the breakfast was not really tasty.

nel complesso una buona struttura utilizzabile soprattutto in inverno da chi è appassionato di sci vista la sua vicinanza agli impianti dell' Etna

Juste pour les randonnées dans l'Etna

Idéalement placé pour ceux qui souhaitent randonner dans l'Etna. La piscine est sympa et l'hotel est propre quoique vieillot. Par contre, ne comptez pas sur le petit déjeuner pour prendre des forces le matin !

If you're planning a trip to Mount Etna, this hotel is a good place to overnight before your day at Etna. The air conditioning did'nt work, but otherwise this was an ok hotel with a great location.
