“Heerlijk om even te relaxen bij het zwembad, perfect voor een solo uitje!”

“The common area (laundry, fitness etc) is under renovation but we’re not informed ahead of time. When I asked about the laundry location, I kept receiving the same instructions and code how to access when it’s not really available. We could have brought more clothes during the trip as we expected to be able to wash our clothes and not packed them dirty. Room cleaning is once a week which was our entire stay, sheets were not changed and room was not cleaned. They have to clean more……

“Sehr gutes Konzept, Check in und out problemlos, Atmosphäre ein wenig steril”

“This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!”

“We absolutely loved staying in Eileen's apartment. The apartment clean, spacious, and cosy at the same time - with plenty of light and lots of lovely plants. We loved sitting out on the balcony too. The location was also great - in a nice area and close to the U-Bahn and S-bahn for getting around the city. Eileen was a great host - she was really helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Eileen!”

“When I arrived, I discovered that I couldn't flush the toilet. The flush button and its components were just laying on the washbasin, leaving a hole where the button should have been. The reception staff could not offer me another room. Later that night, I woke up and saw bedbugs in my bed. Although the reception was easily reachable by phone and WhatsApp, they were unable to offer an alternative at that time. I checked out the next morning and received a refund, which was handled quickly.”

“Schöne Badezimmern”

“The single duvet for a king bed was terrible. The door wouldn’t open from the app, and despite calling support during my five-day stay, they couldn’t resolve the issue. I had to call my neighbours at midnight to open the door for me. It was a really disappointing experience, and the support staff didn’t even pick up the phone. ”

“A very spacious room with excellent facilities. Super clean and good location. Friendly staff and can't find anything to complain.”
