"Die Lage ist sehr gut, zum Baden sollte man unbedingt Badeschuhe mitnehmen. Für gehbehinderte oder anderweitig gehandicapte Personen ist das Objekt nicht geeignet, da das Gepäck Treppen heraufgetragen werden muss, das Bad sehr eng ist und nur über eine Wanne mit Duschvorhang verfügt, außerdem ließ sich die Badezimmertür nicht verschließen . Der Pool war während unseres Aufenthaltes von 14 Tagen nicht verfügbar. Darüber sollten die Gäste unter Angabe der Gründe unbedingt informiert werden Die...

Lediglich das 2te Doppelbett ist nicht ideal, da es aus einem durchgängigen 1,40m breitem Lattenrost besteht. Mit 2 Erwachsenen hängt man leider durch wie bei einer Hängematte. Bei 2 angegeben Doppelbetten sollte man auch mit 2 Erwachsenen normaler Statur darin schlafen können. "

"Lage war wie versprochen, nur die Straße runter und man ist am Strand. Die Parksituation ist problematisch. Parkplatz in der Nachbarstraße und extrem eng, wer da nicht geübt ist im einparken hat ein Problem. Wohnung war sauber und hatte eine gute Aufteilung. Vielleicht sollte man noch ein paar Geschirrtücher zur Austattung geben, denn sowas hat kein Urlauber dabei, wenn beim Verlassen alles abgewaschen und im Schrank sein soll. Sonst war sie gut ausgestattet."

Besonders hat uns die Lage gefallen, fußläufig zum Strand zu gehen und der zur Wohnung gehörende Strandkorb, der Tiefgaragenstellplatz für das Auto und der Fahrradkeller. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem was wir benötigt haben.- Einen Sonnenschirm auf der Terasse wäre noch schön. Niendorf ist ein sehr schöner ruhiger Ort, mit schöner Strandpromenade und Yachthafen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt ."
