“Description: The unit is not a 'house'. It's an renovated building behind a house. Safety/Security: The stairs are an accident waiting to happen. Top tread is almost split through along the length and was repaired/remounted on an angle. Bottom tread is so far under the top that you have to step sideways to be stable. No handrails. No exterior lighting except for one small solar light by the stairs which doesn't stay charged. Parking: Ad says you can park on the street (a hill) or in the……

“I would give this property 100 stars if I could. We were so grateful when we arrived and found this house to be even better than we expected. It is super cute, extremely clean and the perfect amount of space for our family of 5.This home met every need, and more! It was pristine, had the most adorable decorations, and was very comfortable and cozy. It was also well cared for (it was not beat up like many other properties we have stayed in). We had plenty of towels, coffee pods, toilet……

“House was great, hosts were very helpful”

“Having access to an in-room coffee maker brightened up mornings significantly!”

“Quiet corridors ensured no interruptions from loud doors slamming or neighbors creating noise unlike other places I've recently visited”

“There was plenty of space to stretch out as a group plus easy access to free parking made things simple for us all.”

“House was beautifully maintained. All amenities were excellent. Hosts were great people who were checked in to make sure all our needs were met. Highly recommend.”

“This is a very clean and cozy house in the hills of Pennsylvania. Everything is as described. It is down a dirt road so you car will get dirty. It is a nice place if you are looking for peace and quiet. The only suggestion I would make is to put an identification make by the road since you cannot see the house. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.”

“Beautiful and clean property! Room for my whole family to stay. ”

“Bathroom and kitchen surfaces as well as the refrigerator were very clean. Inside the cabinets however there were crumbs, food stains and dirty pots. Outside there was bird poop covering the Adirondack chairs. The bed downstairs was very comfortable. A few items could be updated - cutting board, throw rugs were stained and torn.”

“The house was charming and we loved sitting on the deck enjoying the babbling creek behind the house. Very nicely decorated! Great location just outside of Hancock and convenient for us to a wedding nearby. Sunetra was very responsive and helpful with a few of our questions.”
