“This was our third stay. We have visited in winter, fall, and summer. Each stay has been wonderful. I can’t describe how clean and comfortable this rental is. It belongs in an HGTV magazine! The hosts have thought of everything guests might need in all areas of the home. We had 6 adults plus and a set of 7 year old twins. The “treehouse” type bunk beds were so fun for the twins! The “old folks” stayed downstairs and the young ones had the upstairs where they could visit later into the evening.……

Remote but close to town, Lewis and Clark, golf courses, etc. The owners were great and have the place very well stocked (best we’ve experienced in a rental property). All the outdoor games and activities you can think of. Top notch all around. We will be back!”

“Attended an archery tournament in Yankton and the house was very conveniently located. Very clean and easy to find. The kids especially enjoyed playing in the snow and sledding down the small hill in the back yard. The only issue we had was it did snow a lot while we were there so it was difficult to get in and out of the slopes driveway. Luckily we were in a 4x4 truck but we did have to use 4x4 to get up the driveway.”

The kitchen/dining area was large enough for everyone to be in the kitchen at the same time helping cook. The property is near a river and the hike there and back was just what we needed for a workout. Golf cart was available to quick trips to the river. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. “The property is located right off of Lewis and Clark lake and near Yankton, South Dakota. The house is large, spacious and well equipped for families. The hosts are very accommodating and provided more in the house than we expected from kitchen appliances, accessories to utensils. Also the bedrooms are well appointed with beds, bunk beds and comforters. The bathrooms are spacious and well equipped with towels and soap/shampoo. This is a great property for families who want to experience this……
