“Although we were very happy to be allowed to check in earlier then 4:00 pm We had arrived in town around 2:00 pm We discovered that both of the reclining chairs were broken and would not recline , The hideaway bed couch was missing a mattress and could not be used ,ants in the bathroom and the floor was very soft and sinking in places which made it very uneven to walk on .The bed in bedroom.was also elevated too high up and made it very difficult to get in and out of , which resulted in my wife……

“Would stay here again! Everything was perfect!”

“This house was perfect! My family of 5 traveled down to California to visit the beach. We needed something with enough room for all of us that was also a short drive to the beach. I was pleasantly surprised about how clean this house was when we arrived. Not to mention how lovely the neighborhood was. This property offered ample parking for our 2 vehicles, and was a short drive to some wonderful restaurants in town. I can’t thank our host enough for sharing their lovely home with us, and……

“A relaxing pool area with great upkeep, ideal whenever you want to cool down a bit.”

“The home was very clean and organized. Traveling with our daughter and grandchildren. With the three bedrooms and one with three twin beds, it was ideal. Beds were comfortable and the extra parking spots on the property is an added plus. It's an easy walk into downtown area. Central enough for a short drive to the beach in Avila and Solvang. While we always bring our own coffee, having a drawer full of coffee pods and sugar provided was a nice surprise. Kitchen is well appointed. ……

“You really get your money's worth here, rooms include useful extras like microwaves and fridges that save buying meals out every day.”

Though there is no air conditioning, opening the windows in the bedroom and living room allowed a cooling breeze to keep the room temperature hovering around 70 degrees during the day dropping to 68 degrees at night (perfect for sleeping). The well appointed kitchen made cooking/reheating meals a snap, while hot water, dish washing detergent and……

“Great cottage style 2 bed 2 bath home in Arroyo Grande with an amazing territorial view of the town. Every detail about this home is wonderful - coffee maker, ice machine, hot tub, 2 bidet toilets. It's well stocked with the right supplies to make your stay extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the location, walked to town regularly to hang out, have breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy music. The main house on the property is great, and the guests were always great to meet for a quick hello. We……
