"Absolutely recommend, large spacious room, new facilities, even a hair straightener in the bathroom. View is ok, ocean and buildings. Comfortable bed, microwave in room and extra food and cooking amenities located on level 1 along with coin laundry. Free drinks alcoholic and coffee on ground floor, some free snacks also. Rooftop terrace is lovey, has gas fire pits. Onsen is excellent also. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Wow! High class, great service, great food, amazing staff! From the time we set foot on property, we were treated like royalty! The room was large and well appointed. The canopy bed was something! Do note that the location is up on the hill/mountain so you will most likely need transportation (e.g., taxi) to get there. You can easily find a taxi at Atami Station. I guess you can walk but it's pretty steep. Walking down is not a problem unless you have luggage in tow. We walked down the next day with no issues."
