Just one thing which requires a bit of improvement: I asked if there is an additional chair as the sink is too high for my kids, the staff did not get back to me.」

「We had 4 nights stay at ACB during our Barcelona time, and we absolutely loved every minute in this hotel. The front desk colleagues Camille and Mariam are super nice and helpful, they provided a lot of assistance during our stay at ACB. The cleaning lady Diana is very hardworking and diligent, the room is very clean every time when we return to the hotel after a tiring day. The response rate to issue is fast, we once encountered a toilet blockage problem and they sent an engineer to fix the...

「My family of 3 loves this hotel. The triple room is a good size for 3 people. The walk-in/roll-in shower is good. It was quite noisy throughout Friday and Saturday nights though as our room was exterior-facing. There’s a supermarket just across the street and there are many good restaurants near the hotel around Gothic Quarter.」

「Very clean room in an excellent location. We walked through the Gothic Quarter and on La Rambla many times. There were numerous coffee shops, restaurants and gift shops nearby. It was quiet at night, conducive to a restful sleep. Our room was stocked with many bathroom supplies and a Nespresso machine. The staff were wonderful. Highly recommend to everyone.」
