「The ladies at the front desk are not welcoming or nice unfortunately. One took my i.d and then argued “she did not have it” when she in fact did, and ended up giving it back. We saw a roach in our room the second night we stayed. The pool tables they advertised online are ran down and the pool sticks are broken with no tips on them. It wasn’t an absolute horrible stay as my kid enjoyed the water park, but i definitely wouldn’t spend the money i spent to stay here again. 」
