「The accommodation experience was excellent.」

「The rooms are spacious. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Things to do for the family. Our room was dirty, but we understand cleaning staff are expected to clean rooms in a short amount of time with little help and supplies. We cleaned our room. It was freezing and the temperature outside were low. We stayed cuddled up under covers. Maintenance came to turn up heat but they decided what the temperature should be not what we wanted.」

「The hotel lobby was clean, however the room we checked into was shabby looking. The sheer curtains were torn & had red stains it, which appeared to look like blood. The air conditioner lid was broken. The furniture couch and chair had stains on it and looked uncleaned. I was not pleased with it. It felt uncomfortable and unpleasant. I asked for another room, and was able to get a different room.」
