Shortly before 9:00 p.m. on Friday, we heard water running in the bathroom and discovered the connector tube that fills the toilet tank was spraying water onto the bathroom floor. After turning off the water to the tank and drying the floor, we phoned the contact number and spoke with someone who said he didn't think he could get anyone until Monday. We waited until Monday afternoon at 12:43 p.m. and called the contact number again. Different person answered……
