“The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. “The location is close to trains, food and convenience stores. It was a bit more narrow than expected and luckily it was a second floor walkup. Living room wasn't too clean and the sofa bed was very painful to sleep on. Overall it was a good experience.”

“Very clean. It was spacious for us, family of 6 (without any big luggages). There are convenience stores & 1 bigger grocery store (that we know of), and bus stops within walking distance. No elevator, but it wasn't too bad to climb up to 5th floor. AC was great. 4 bunk beds (with soft mattress!) in the room. “Mi estancia no fue de lo más agradable en el departamento, ya que en dos de las habitaciones en las camas nos picaba todo el cuerpo a la hora de dormir, y nos percatamos a la hora de levantarnos que estábamos llenos de ronchas, no sé si los colchones tenían algún animal (garrapatas, pulgas o algún otro insecto) que nos pudiera estar picando, al igual que las colchonetas que se encuentran en otra habitación. The photos accurately reflected the room, and while it is compact as you would expect in central Tokyo—it was well designed and made good use of the space.
