“20+ years & we always go back to the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba because it's affordable, clean, near great restaurants, shops, & most importantly the staff. The staff are very friendly & treat you with respect. Our housemaid Odra was wonderful & Jean a good friend, & Roy from the towel hut were Excellent & always had our palapa set up for us. “Ants in the room, smoking allowed at the pool with cigarette butts all over, bird poop on tables and chairs by the pool that don’t seem to ever be cleaned, workers outside our room at 7:15 am trimming hedges and yelling to talk over the blower and hedge clipper, food at the Windows restaurant was fair—shall I go on? The plus was the size of the villa.”

“Hotel was very nice, people were very friendly.
Room service needs to be improved, fridge was empty, not even cold water!!! Not a 5 star service. Two days we came from the beach at 2pm, room was not cleaned. First day they came around 3 , when we been resting, the next day nobody showed up until we call and asked to make the room after 5 pm.”
