「The working attitude of the room service staff is very good！ But the tenants next door were too noisy, and someone was talking on the phone in the corridor all night long! It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep the whole night! I won't be able to come back to this hotel next time because it seriously affected my sleep!」

「The location is in the heart of downtown Santa Ana. The area looks recently renovated, and we felt safe walking around. There are many dining options within walking distance. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The interior is modern and spacious. Wifi is fast. The food court downstairs played music in the evening, but it ended around 9:30 PM, so it wasn’t a problem. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful.」

「Great property nice clean rooms. Only issue is that they charge from parking. Having To pay for parking at a hotel that I’ve already paid to stay at is a horrible businesses practice. 」

「Overall great stay!!! Loved the place and the area….. lots to eat! We stayed a week and could have used more towels, kitchen doesn’t have all essentials but enough to make it happen. Lorena was super attentive and helpful when needed and we will stay here again!!! 」
