“Stayed 3 nights with a family of 4 including a 6 &8 year olds. The house and yard was as advertised and my kids loved the pool. The host was very responsive and no issues. Beautiful view of the ocean and the kids loved the neighborhood animals including the dogs, cats and cows. A nice slow change of pace after staying in the city. Beautiful area to walk with some great scenic views nearby including from the patio of the house. The owner of the local grocery store was the friendliest person I met……

“This place was fantastic! Plenty big enough, on a quiet street in the cute quiet town of Nordeste. We were easily able to travel and explore the entire island from here and were able to come home to a beautiful, peaceful home.”

“We loved our stay. Pedro was wonderful to communicate with, and very generous. We felt very welcomed. The home, the property, the pool, the area was absolutely stunning and we hope to stay there again.”

“Pros: Zwembad werd vaak schoongemaakt en de tuin werd goed onderhouden. alles van tevoren in overleg. Perfect”

“Everything was perfect during our stay. The house was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others.”

“When I booked, I was nervous about spending that much money per night. After arriving, however, we realized you get what you pay for. A brilliant 8 night stay, allowing easy driving access to all corners of the island to explore. Very quiet location, we left the windows open every night to listen to the nearby babbling creek. Enjoyed early morning coffee (using the in-room coffee maker), listening to the birds. Beautiful green view from our pods big picture windows. Only 4 pods ensure a……

“Belle maison dans un endroit calme et paisible, belle terrasse extérieure avec vue sur la campagne!”

“Authentic house with a large, beautiful garden : A lovely, authentic house with a large garden A cosy, lovingly furnished living area. An ideal location for exploring the surrounding area. When we asked the management to provide us with chairs for the garden (as shown in the photo), we only received an AI-generated confirmation of our enquiry. But no chairs. Both bedrooms smelled a bit musty.”

“Me, myself and I spend one week in this cosy and fully equiped appartment a week in Juny 2021. It was also very quiet, only the ocean waves made sounds. It was very clean. A parking lot belongs to this appartment. I can recommend this appartment for one or two person. Saozhana was very carring and gave me many good recomendations for food and sightseeing.”

“Very good location, and very clean. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher with cleaning products. The house has parking facilities but it is also very easy to find a place in the street.”

“Endroit fabuleux! Facile d'accès et central pour les activités, que ce soit d'un côté, comme de l'autre de l'île. Stationnement privé, belle terrasse et aménagement permettant toutes les commodités. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et respectueux.”

“Pros: La ubicación es estupenda. La casa en general estaba muy bien. Cons: Las almohadas eran muy pequeñas y bajas, nos resultaron un poco incómodas. Todo lo demás estupendo.”

“The house is every bit as beautiful as the pictures on VRBO. Comfortable and clean with a private parking spot in front of the house with no passing traffic. The house is located less than a mile from some of the best attractions on Sau Miguel and is centrally located for day trips anywhere else on the island.”

“Unique and beautiful location, looking out over Lake Furnas.”
