“Close to the ocean that’s a good thing about this hotel. But the room was so dirty. They didn’t even Change the sheets and I found a dirty face cloth on top of the shower curtain just gross.”

“We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn. The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets. I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If……

“I like this hotel easy parking ”

“Upon arrival my room was clean & the temp was very comfortable. The staff was helpful on check in. However on checkout the person helping was a maintenance worker who didn’t know how to change my payment form. Breakfast was ok. It was what was expected from a complimentary buffet. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again.”

“Room very was clean. Great location near lots of shops and restaurants.”

“Great stay! Tatiana at the Front Desk is most helpful and always with a smile! The young lady who prepared breakfast was a doll! Plenty of food and always kept area clean and tidy. Pool was fun for the kiddos!”

“The hotel overall was dated. On the second night of our stay we found bugs in the bed and around the room. My husband shared a video with the front desk staff. She was kind and did promptly move our room. She assured us we'd hear from the manager. The room we were moved to smelled like garbage. We attempted ro speak with the manager prior to check out, but we're told she was unavailable. To date, we have never received any outreach or concern. We will not recommend this hotel or return.”

“This place can be better but unfortunately the staff reflects the type of environment you are encountering. I had an electronic device stolen from my room. I chose not to report it because I didn't want any issues and just wanted to get through the stay. Housekeeping went into my room while I was out when a do not disturb magnet was on my door. They stole this item and when I noticed it was missing, I ended up staying the rest of my stay inside. I didn't even feel comfortable leaving to go to……
