Come stay in our roomy and open Pet Friendly Studio/Efficiency apartment.



This gem of a unit is a private apartment of a Beach Side home. Nothing is

shared with your own parking just outside the door.



We are Pet Friendly.



It has a full size kitchen, Queen Size Bed, Queen pull out sofa, and

washer/dryer. A full size bathroom with stand up luxury shower. It also has a

large 65" Smart TV, high speed WiFi, Central Heat/AC.



We are beach side with no streets to cross to get to the beach.



Come stay in our smaller Sudio/Efficiency apartment. This gem of a unit is

tucked away in the lower level of a larger Beach-Side home.



It has its own entrance/exit and it's own parking outside the door. Very

private as nothing is shared.



It has a full size kitchen and a full laundry room with washer/dryer. A full

size bathroom with stand up luxury shower. It has a queen bed and a large

smart TV with WiFi. The space has central Heat/AC.



We have added a "sleeper sofa" Queen Size, for additional capacity. As is

usual with these type of "beds" they are probably less comfortable than a

normal bed and are more appropriate for kids.



This private, cozy unit is just steps away from the beach. There are no

streets to cross, just a one minute walk to some of the best beaches the

Chesapeake Bay has to offer! With a private entrance and private off- street

parking, we are proud to offer this to anyone travelling light who does not

need an abundance of space.



Quiet hours begin at 9 PM.



This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise.



Guests have a private entrance to the space. A lockbox is installed so that

you may check yourself in and out.



This is an efficiency unit and is perfect for those not in need of an

abundance of space. There is a queen bed and a queen size pull out sofa for

the "smaller sleepers".



Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees.



If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300



Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture



An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding

or furniture



Extra Charges:



Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if

available)



Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at

10:05 AM



Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!
