Staff came fixed air conditioner right away an gave freshly washed bedding. However some stuff just should be automatic like clean bedding an towels. Breakfast was delicious a location of hotel was literally close to shopping centers restaurants a Chrysler hall.pool was murky so we passed that activity. Overall decent stay because the staff was very helpful, breakfast was good, and the location of hotel was amazing cause it was close to the shopping outlets. I would stay again"

"Thank you for a lovely stay. The room was clean and tge beds were comfortable. So much so that we slept in a little later than expected. The dining area was bright and spacious. We didn’t have an opportunity to enjoy the amenities because our stay was short. A great value for the money. Thanks again."

"This hotel is in an excellant location. Our room overlooked the beach and water and had a balcony with chairs for sitting outside. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I especially liked the updated room decor and the laundry room for guests. The hotel has been updated from an older facility and some parts look older. The breakfast had some fresh items which included waffles, eggs, apples, juices and biscuits and gravy and items were refilled. A highlight of our stay was watching the sunrise from our room and balcony."

"Friendly staff at check in and in Concierge; the valet evening staff could have been more cordial. However, the young man, Future, was very personable and hospitable. Clean, spacious room. Biggest complaint would be the non working elevators and the broken ice machine on the Concierge level."
