「After reading some of the reviews, I had already lowered my expectations. I understand that many times there are trade offs for being beachfront. The space was clean for the most part & while it could use an update, it was more than adequate. The washer in our unit is in need of repair/replacement but the small inconveniences did not have a major impact on our stay. Parking was the biggest issue as the lot is rather tight.
