Welcome to our charming 1924 Farm Style Beach House in the Ocean View/Willoughby Spit area of Norfolk, VA. Our family-run property offers the perfect combination of a beautiful beachfront location, spacious interiors, and a convenient location near local attractions.

BEACH HOUSE & OPTIONAL COTTAGE
Our Beach House provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, including linens, towels, and beach gear. The main house sleeps 6, and an optional cottage is available for an additional fee, which sleeps 2. Please note that we do not rent for events, large gatherings or group rentals. We only rent to families.

BEACHSIDE LIVING
Take in the stunning views from the beachside double deck, accessible from the master bedroom and side stairs. The lower deck features a patio table and hammock for relaxation. The house and cottage are equipped with air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans.

WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN & OUTDOOR DINING
Make the most of the outdoor space with a gas grill and three outdoor tables. We also provide kids' sand toys for a fun day at the beach.

The main house kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary kitchenware. The cottage has a refrigerator, sink, oven, and kitchenware. A large washer and dryer are available in the main house bathroom.

SPACIOUS & WELL-APPOINTED INTERIOR
The main house boasts 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and ample seating. The master bedroom has a memory foam king bed and fantastic views of the bay, pier, and Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an attached half-bath, while the third bedroom features a full and twin bunk bed. All rooms have cable TVs, and the house has a washer and dryer.
The optional cottage includes a small kitchen, living room, queen bed, and a pull-out single sofa bed. It also has a bathroom with a stand-up shower and cable TV and internet in both the bedroom and living room.
