Summer vacation

Me and my family enjoyed our beach stay. There was a beach in walking distance to the house, a playground and also a store. We drove to Virginia Beach for one day which was about a 30 minute drive. We enjoyed the beach in the back of the house more. The host responds quick when asked questions. I would recommend and will be staying next summer again with my family.

Convenient location with modern vibe

The modern decor, cleanliness (comfortable bedding) and proximity to the beach was very nice. Unfortunately there was road construction right next to the property and parking was very tight. Units below us had odors that wafted up and loud music was played past midnight. Communicating with the manager seemed to be via AI and did not feel personal although they were responsive. Bath fixtures were coming off the wall and they had insect spraying scheduled during our stay which was not ideal but we accommodated them. It served our needs but we would probably not book again based on how busy a location it is - didn’t realize they have about 16 units in the horseshoe.
