“We had 2 rooms. The room my children stayed in had ants. The property was kind of run down and needs to be updated. I stayed there because I had a really good experience in the same branded hotel in El Paso, Texas about 3 weeks before. I would not stay at the Tru Hotel at Norfolk airport again. The shower in my room had a hole in the wall next to the shower controller.”

“Staff were helpful & courteous. Room was spacious, we were sorry we couldn't have stayed longer.”

“I like this hotel easy parking ”

“The staffs exceptional..”

“I had a really great experience staying at this hotel! Everything was super clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but everything looked really good. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and have no complaints. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and if I ever visit the area again, I’ll absolutely be booking here again!”

“The location of the room was not good. It was above the garage exit. The second floor looked unsafe. The balcony door could not be closed and was broken.”
