「Customer service was good... they needed to nickel and dime us for another 30 bucks because of a last minute addition.. so fyi, they do care about how many people are in your room. Would have been nice to have a smoking area somewhere on property... also would have been nice to be told what to do at checkout. I was never instructed what to do with the key, nor given the wifi password. But.. the reason this property gets a 10/10.. was simply do to the showers water pressure. It felt like a fire...

「Bathroom was gross, and only conditioner in the wall mounted dispensers and I had to refill the TP. Kitchenette sink did have soap. Otherwise pretty much what you would expect at this price point. Full size refrigerator was nice to have. We were here for one night only, but be aware that if you are planning on using the kitchen there are no dishes,pots, tableware etc. Bring your own. No blankets but the sheets and towels were clean.」

「No hot water for showers you could see outside around the door and feel the breeze from inside. 」

「The property was fine however the locks on the door were broken and the staff was a bit difficult at times but still nice. 」

「Close to the ocean that’s a good thing about this hotel. But the room was so dirty. They didn’t even Change the sheets and I found a dirty face cloth on top of the shower curtain just gross.」

「The area is very sketchy in general. The building DOES NOT look like the pictures and the rooms definitely do not Room was nasty, floors were sticky and the bedding was dirty. The pillow was yellow! There was not even a microwave in the room and the toilet paper roll was used and in the floor. DO NOT GO HERE 」

「The pool was dirty. Rooms were smelly. Room was clean. Barely had any bedding and pillows. Very thin bedsheet. Mold around tub area. 」
