"Indoor pool was nicely heated, so can be used in winter too, when outside pool is too cold. Smallish, but well-equipped gym. Nice breakfast buffet. WiFi throughout, but ideally it needs upgrading, as it's too slow for uploading large files. But OK for basic use. Decor is quite dated now, but has charm I think! Great water pressure, so shower was glorious! Staff are really nice & make me feel welcome. Rooms are good value out of season. I would definitely come back here!"

"This was a wonderful place to stay in Valletta- beautifully designed throughout, everything was clean, comfortable quiet balcony room, every staff member we met was lovely we were looked after with warm hospitality, the location was brilliant just 2 mins walk from the buzzing “33 steps” with its great food, drinks and atmosphere and moments from the main landmarks, rooftop pool was… invigorating! The view from the Gomerino’s rooftop is like the jewel its crown! "

"We had to buy bedding - a duvet and sheets - because only one of the twin beds was made up, and the room was restricted to one person only. Due to RLS, my partner and I always choose places with twin beds. Guests' sleeping arrangements are personal, not up to the host to decide. It was extremely awkward! One of us had to sleep on the sofa."
