"The hotel is in a great walkable area with several restaurants right downstairs and only a block from the beach. The only issue was that when we checked in and were admitted to our room, the elevator in our building was out of service, so we had to walk up three flights of stairs with our luggage and then down again for checkout. Once there, we realized there were no towels in our room for showering. We asked twice and waited over an hour with no towels. When we were leaving the room, we ran into housekeeping and asked again, and finally received towels. "
