I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and kind. You could definitely tell people have smoked in the building and the rooms - that smell never quite goes away. There were a number of railway workers staying there, and they work late and they drive big, loud trucks. The toilet in my room ran all night

The only suggestion in the room, the lamp shade is stained, it does not reassure your guest that the room is well cleaned.

The staff were very friendly and lovely. Room was very average and underwhelming. Unfortunately however, I did have a piss poor stay due to the slamming of someone’s door non-stop in the middle of the night. Walls are so thin i felt like they were in my room with me! Also couldn’t get the TV to work…

Staff were very rude. Showed up to find out we were on the second floor and there was no elevator. Had my senior large breed dog who can't do stairs. The staff said there was no rooms left on the ground floor. We went upstairs but my partner had to carry my dog up. It was not practical at all, so we went down and had to complain. We had to explain there were rooms showing as available on the ground floor online and only then did they offer to change our room. Completely unacceptable.

Hi Alicia, I am sorry to hear your stay was anything less than ideal. I looked in to your booked and you did book a second floor room via 3rd party and you paid them. Unfortunately these types of reservations aren't easy to change our end our. They come to our system from the third party based on what you choose when you booked the room. I do see we were able to move some things around and switch you to a main floor room. I am sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

Not wheel chair accessible small barrier at front entrance no elevator had a hard time switching room to main floor room very small ,will not stay at Comfort inns again unless they become accessible for people in wheelchairs sorry in this day in age all property’s should be accessible for all

Hey Therese, I am sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience with your stay. Most two story hotels do not have elevators. We do have an accessible room, and many rooms on the ground floor. However it needs to be booked on the ground floor and specifically the accessible room. I am sorry once again for the inconvenience this caused you.

Quite far from the highway, so took us sone time to get to after getting to the city. Breakfast was good. Lots of noisy guests at night. Accommodated an upgrade easily. Building smells of cigarette smoke.

It’s clean and friendly staff👍. My only issue is the fact that you can hear everything from hall way to adjacent room. They need to do some sound proofing. It’s also probably the age of the building.

Gym has no functional / useful equipment. Very disappointing. Staff was extremely nice. Property very clean. Room was standard but clean and spacious. Reliable place but should not advertise a gym.
