「I stayed here for three nights while attending my daughters' Nipissing graduation. The room was merely okay. It smelled a bit mouldy after the rain. It could definitely use a fresh coat of paint and the bathroom was starting to fall apart. However, (and for the price) everything worked as I needed it to; hence the "okay" rating.
