3 bedroom, waterfront cottage on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay.

Chesapeake Bay Waterfront! Perfect Getaway! Classic Beach Style Home! On the North Beach Boardwalk! Evening strolls to restaurants, shops and the weekly farmer's market! Beach access just steps from front door. Sunrises will take your breath away. Features an open main level floor plan, high ceilings, wood floors, spacious kitchen, full bath, laundry. Upper floor plan includes 3 bedrooms, full bath and Master bedroom with amazing views of the bay. Rear yard with patio and fire pit.

The space:
We are fortunate to have one of the select few homes located directly on the boardwalk and beach. If the soft sounds of waves lapping against a sandy beach and the call of multiple varieties of sea birds appeals to you, this is your place!

Please honor our house rule of no more than 8 overnight guests and 12 individuals on the property at any given time without prior permission, or risk immediate cancellation of your reservation. Feel free to reach out if you have questions, and thank you for respecting our community!

Guest access:
The house is best reached by parking on 7th St. east of Bay Avenue. You will be able to park in one of the green spaces at the end of 7th street and must display the parking pass (which can be found on the small table right where you enter the house). Once parked, proceed to the bay front board walk and walk approximately 100 yards to 9125 Atlantic Avenue, Wit's End. Proceed to side entry second door with the entry key pad and enter entry code. Welcome!

Great location, great stay

Wonderful weekend with friends and family, plenty to do in Chesapeake Beach and really beautiful views from the home. The property is in an excellent location, and parking was easy although I imagine it might get tough for more than one car to find close parking during the summer months. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, ice cream, etc. (Many are literally steps away) The home has everything you need, and the couches were really comfortable! Overall the property could probably use a little TLC. Nothing that would prevent you from having a clean, comfortable stay, but worth noting. We would stay again, even with the minor things that might benefit from some fixing up.
