「This place is a JOKE!!! Upon arrival and showing my Expedia Booking and proper Identification, I was told by the young man at the counter that "we do not accept online payments, all payments must be made in person". I again presented my booking #, as well as the digital receipt, and showed him the charge debiting my bank account.
He spouted the same ridiculousness again, and... I gave up. I was not about to pay a 2nd time.
When Expedia tried to investigate this incident, the hotel staff...

「No negative comments here! The staff was accommodating, the room was clean and smelled nice apon entry. We were close to several shops and some food. As a family of 4 , we slept comfortably!」

「Clean room and the bed was really comfortable. Quiet place even though it looked full from all the cars in the parking lot. I would absolutely stay here again. Property looks like it’s maintained regularly an area was safe」
