“We stayed here for a family wedding at Warehouse XI. The house was just around the corner from the wedding, and easy to get to the T station and shops, etc. in Sommerville. Great spot.”

“This property was large, comfortable, and charming enough to house my husband, son, mother, mother-in-law, and myself while we were in town to attend our daughter's extensive graduation activities. The neighborhood was quiet. The house is very well stocked with kitchen items, linens, and laundry items. The property owner is attentive, responsive, and gives great advice. What you see in the pictures is very accurate. If anyone in your family has an issue with stairs, you might want to give some……

The free parking was definitely a perk we enjoyed too! The property manager, Jack, was very responsive and made the stay fantastic with all the perks of home. “Incredible property with all the amenities! The home is situated in a beautiful section of Boston and is close to anything you need. The townhouse had plenty of space for our large family who came to celebrate our son's graduation from Northeastern University. It was walking distance to Fenway Park which made it very convenient for the graduation ceremony. We would most definitely stay here again!”

“Loved the home - it felt like being home at the end of a long day shopping and doing many things in town. Clean! Just wish the towels were ready and set in the bathrooms and instructions left on what to do with used towels and if the garbage should have been taken out. Basement was stinky. Other than that, wonderful place and setup - sooooo close to town and convenient!”

“Very cute spot! Lake was beautiful. Close for Ubering to and from Salem which is why we were there. There seemed to be a miscommunication on allowing us to check in early, however, bc when we arrived dirty towels were still in a pile on the bathroom and the bed sheets were used. Not a huge deal, we stripped the bed ourselves and added new sheets and cleaning crew came around 45 minutes before “normal” check in and did the rest. Also was pretty cold at night and in early morning and unsure how……

“Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”
