“The room was not clean. The air conditioning unit was full of pilled up dust in the vents. The blinds were with little pin holes because they are so old. The windowsills were not clean and had dead bugs laying around. The floor was dirty and there were no carpet.s We kept our shoes on. There were bed bugs in both queen size beds. There was blood and bed bug larva laying around the rim of the mattresses. The TV remote did not work. The inside of the refrigerator looked old and stained and……

“Room smelled horrible upon walking in, floor was extremely dirty in areas. You had to take your own trash to the dumpster which wasn’t a big deal but had never run in to that before. If you wanted new towels you had to return old towels front desk which I thought was odd also; same with bed linens. Overall just grossed out”

“Our room was not ready even though we arrived after the 3pm check in time. The girl told us it wasn't ready, then told us nothing else for another half hour. When we got to the room, all was fine except the kitchen towel which had something gross on it (looked like egg) and there was black dirt on the kitchen wash cloth. The room was fine, complimentary coffee was good. And the person who checked us out in the morning was very pleasant.”

“Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these……
