"I’m only glad they had free breakfast here. Other than that the rooms weren’t clean. I had to ask for “fresh” sheets cause the ones in the closet smelled like mildew. There were 2 HUGE cockroaches in the hall outside my room! The elevator right next to my room was broken so I had to take all our luggage up the stairs my myself. Then on top of all of that the pool wasn’t even open the entire week I was there with my kids! I was so annoyed because that’s one of the main reasons why I chose this hotel because of the pool and we couldn’t even enjoy it. I had to pay extra money to take my kids to another indoor pool. Very disappointed."

"I liked that the property is located close to the airport. The staff did not engage at all besides helping me with checking in/out. I was not provided any info regarding the gym, pool, hours of the bar and/or breakfast hours. The property advertises airport pickup/drop off but when I tried to schedule airport pickup I was told to call them once I land in DFW. I found that a bit odd and not convenient because this could have been scheduled prior hand but instead they advise you to wait additional time at the airport after traveling for hours. I did use airport drop off service. I asked front desk while I was checking out for this service and the gentleman responded "the driver will come and get you once he is ready". He did not even bother to ask when my flight is and/or what time do I need to be at the airport which was also odd. I did not like anything else besides the fact that my room was nice, big and clean. There was nothing else to like given no engagement from the staff at all."

10/10 Excellent

"I always enjoy staying at Holiday Inn. The hotel is located near several dining and shopping areas. The staff is great!! We only stayed a night but the breakfast was good and they even had little grab-and-go bags available. They normally have a variety of breakfast options, including a pancake machine. The lobby also had infused water which we loved after driving in from a drier climate. "
