“Very nice, lack of desk staff was issue”

“Kids swam a bit, they said the water was warm, appeared clean. Staff was kind and yet to the point in the right ways. Maybe we got lucky but the room was very quiet all night”

“I had stayed here about 10 years ago and it was clean and nice. It is not anymore. I had no soap, or any toiletries. The microwave looked like chili had been spilled it. The fridge had a red liquid in the bottom that smelled like salsa. Smears of something and water spots all over the mirror. The bathroom sink faucet needs to be replaced. There was what looked like a vomit stain on the wall by the bed. I never felt unsafe, but it seems to be housing for a lot of people now. The front desk……

“The room was not ready. Coffee spill on the floor in the lobby ignored. Wall tiles missing from the lobby wall in sitting area. The room had multiple paint gouges/scratches. No chair, no iron, no bedside lamps. ”

“The room was definitely not even close to the cleanest it could've been. i woukd rate the cleanliness of the room (and the entire place, honestly), 2/10. The lady who was on duty at the time of check-in was not pleasant in the least and honestly, she seemed like she hated her job. Overall, the hotel seemed run down and seemed to have a lot of shady people and sit”

“Breakfast was very sub par not hot or fresh. Beds had a lot of staining. Ac took awhile to get room cold. When asked for a fan was told there weren’t any. ”

“The room was acceptable, could have been cleaner but comfortable bed and at a good price. Friendly staff. The continental breakfast consisted of coffee and pre-packaged rolls and snack cakes--no milk, no juice, no cereal, no fruit--definitely a cut below the breakfasts offered at other places. They did offer a 20% discount at a nearby restaurant where you could go buy breakfast, but part of the adverstized draw was an included breakfast.”

“Not as advertised. Research what Unity World Headquarters is before booking. The main picture provided makes it seem that the hotel that you will be staying in is sprawled out around multiple buildings surrounding a courtyard. This is not true. The hotel is in a back corner of the village property without grandeur. The main picture shown is of the Unity village where people permanently live, spiritualist and congregation activities occur, and where the organization operates out of. For the……

“The staff was friendly and the location was great. This hotel is definitely showing its age most of the furniture is chipped and missing paint. The room was nice but the desk had some substance like super glue on it. Overall was a nice experience. ”
