"There are three things going for this hotel: location, location, and location. It is right next door to the Loretto Chapel, and situated on the southeast corner of the Santa Fe plaza (main center for shopping and events in Santa Fe). The hotel room was spotless and newly renovated. Parking is another attraction - hotel guest vehicle can be parked for $10 (as of summer 2025) up to 3 PM on the check out date. There's a nice Chinese restaurant on site, but we didn't try it. Our only concern was the bathroom door - a barn door that would easily derail when closed (pulled) a bit harder from the inside. If that happens, you're likely trapped in the bathroom as it's nearly impossible to open the door because you can't lift it back on the rails from the inside. This wasn't a problem for us as we were a couple, but point to note for single guests."

"Good stay, unfortunately we were charged for an extra adult for a night when that adult didn't stay with us. When we asked the front desk, they said it was a third party booking and they couldn't help us get our money back. Don't know where to reach Hotels.com to complain, I hope this review gets the ball rolling and we get a refund. Besides that, everything was great."
