“Good service.”

“Check in was quick. Room was clean. There was a sign on the bathroom mirror that we were to receive housekeeping daily but we never got this service. On day 3 was spoke to a housekeeper and he told us that we need to request service from the front desk. He was kind enough to give us fresh new towels. We still kept on hoping for regular housekeeping to come and at least change the sheets. No one came. Finally on our last evening I asked a housekeeper again about changing the sheets and was……

“My room was missed cleaned for a few days. Otherwise hotel staffs are friendly. ”

“Best hotel in the Willoughby area!”

“The breakfast options are okay. There is no coffee options after breakfast in lobby like most hotels l. Rooms are clean. Some items rusted in hotel. Pool is supposed to be heated but is really cold.”

“This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. I was the only one……

“They Also Have The Nerve To Ask For A. Deposit”

“This visit was a little disappointing. There was no soap in the room and the bathtub appeared that it hadn't been cleaned. I was told to park in front of the of the assigned room, but when I arrived there at 7 o'clock there was no space there.”

“The staff was awesome, the bed was comfortable and the evening reception and breakfast was nice. It would have been nice if there were non pork options for breakfast”

“Room had dirty wash cloth hanging in shower, no tissue in box, no extra toilet paper. Ice machine didn’t work in freezer. Internet was slow. Location was Great staff were great at well. However when I rented the room on Expedia it said it had whirlpool tub/spa suite and it did not have a whirlpool tub!”

“The only thing that was ok were the hot ,decent shower & the bed was clean.No hand towel, no TP, no soap.I had to go buy my own. First thing I noticed was the stale cigarette odor and the smeared dirty looking mirror over the sink. The sink clogged every time I ran the water. The toilet at the bottom one side was disgustingly dirty, top of the fridge, vent hood and the coffee pot was covered in dust . No way would I use that coffee pot. The freezer had old ice laying on the bottom with food……
