「Wanted to have a hotel with hot tub. Arrived, hot tub was under construction ☹️」

「There was not a lot of people staying on property and as opposed to spacing people amongst floors they kept everyone on the 1st floor. 」

「I have been staying at alot of motels in the area and so far this has been the best. I really like that it has a refrigerator and a stove. The door has gap at the bottom and I dont think it is that secured. The hotel is old but clean. 」

「It is a new property. Area is nice and conveniently located right off I-90. Staff was nice and fielded all our questions. Will stay again!」

「The staff was welcoming and accommodating. Though there was a tornado and we didn’t have any power, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Fantastic time at this facility. 」

「It was absolutely filthy!! The room we were given had the beds made- however; every surface, even light switches and picture frames were coated thickly with beer, sperm, and sputum!! The health department should do an inspection ASAP! We intend to receive a refund and we went to another hotel. 」

「The Punderson Lodge does not have an elevator. You have go up one flight of stairs and then back down another half-flight to get to your room. This is major points off. 」

「Due to my work and home life I was unable to get away for the 4th. I had to check in late and was unable to let Regina know in advance. She took my calls and was beyond helpful and kind at a late hour. I felt safe and was pleased with the property overall. I’m not a fan of well water, however, that’s a petty thing to say after getting one heck of a deal. It was beautiful and i absolutely felt like I was on vacation (far from Ohio!) 」
