「Nice, clean and quiet」

「My family and I came to Cleveland to visit the Rock & Roll HOF, and stayed at the Drury for 2 nights. The building is absolutely beautiful! The rooms were clean, the complimentary breakfast and dinner were really good, but what stood out the most was the staff. Across the board, every staff member including the valet, the front-desk workers, the cleaners, the bartenders, and the manager were all amazing. We hung out at the hotel all night and watched the manager do everything from walk around...

「I had such a great stay, from the personalized card left on my bed welcoming me to the hotel and the daily dinner/ happy hour event with 3 drink tickets. I love that the rooms had a mini fridge and microwave. I would definitely stay again.」

「Our room was very clean. The TV channels were excellent. The breakfast menu was ok but they didn't have just regular waffle mix and my wife wasn't impressed with the other 2 choices. We will return to stay there again as we travel to GOTL at least 2 times a year.」

「Clean room young man at the front desk is terrific. I do have a problem with your pillows. They just fall flat. I used to love the pillows at Hampton Inn. I’m not sure what went wrong. I have to bring my own pillow now.」
