Guest Access:

Guests will have full and exclusive access to La Petite Fleur rogue home. . Enjoy your own separate entrance for added privacy, with no shared interior spaces. You will share the backyard area with a small studio in the backyard hosting other world travelers like yourself. You’re welcome to relax in the small outdoor area just outside the unit, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a quiet evening. Free street parking is available right in front of the home, and you'll receive self-check-in instructions before arrival for added convenience and flexibility.

Trendy and charming neighborhood with lots of restaurants that are a 3 min walk from the house.The Neighborhood – Heart of Park Circle

Located just steps from Montague Avenue, our studio places you in one of North Charleston’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods, Park Circle. This charming area is known for its tree-lined streets, welcoming community, and some of the trendiest restaurants and local hangouts in Charleston. Start your day with a stroll down Montague Street, where you'll find a variety of cafes, boutiques, and eateries. Be sure to stop by DIG in the Park for a casual bite or craft beer in their lively outdoor patio. And no visit is complete without a trip to Park Circle Creamery, a neighborhood favorite serving up some of the tastiest small-batch ice cream in town.



Whether you're here to explore the local food scene, enjoy a night out, or simply relax in a peaceful setting, Park Circle offers the perfect blend of charm and convenience, all just a short walk from your front door.



Getting Around:

Car is the best way to get around, but if you feel like walking Montague is a 3 min walk with great restaurants.



Other Things to Note:

The backyard has an electrical awning great for relaxation and some shade. Please ensure to close the awning after every use to prevent from damages caused by storms or winds.



PET RULES:

1. Backyard is strictly off-limits for all pets as the area is shared.

2. Pets must be walked outside the property. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets at all times.

3. Pets must weigh no more than 50 pounds.

4. Pets must remain leashed at all times while on the premises. Guests are not allowed to let their pets roam freely or off-leash at any time.
