Relax in this spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo that has been recently renovated and is in a safe convenient location. Both rooms offer king beds. Sleeper sofa/linens available only with prior request. Keyless entry and 1 assigned parking space. There is ample parking for extra guests to park. No pets, commercial vehicles, visitors, parties or gatherings allowed.

Initially had to contact management at check in due to odor and mold on the furniture. But she quickly came to the property and allowed us to choose another available unit which worked out very nice.

Apartment was very clean, and in a wonderful location for my son’s baseball tournament. After breaking multiple bones during one of our games sliding into home plate, the owners were amazing and understanding. I can not say enough good things about them. He ended up having emergency surgery and is recovering so I will never forget staying here… and I would absolutely stay again!

A week of relaxation.

Me and three of my friends spent a week at this unit and it was very nice. All the items that we needed ( towels, coffee creamer, dishwasher detergent, etc) were there to use. The view and location were great. It was so quiet and peaceful. I recommend this unit for your stay.

Good Place to Stay at for Conference

A friend and myself stayed here for a conference at the North Charleston Coliseum. We loved the king-size beds in each of the bedrooms. We both slept really well every night. Glad that each bedroom also had TV’s. Loved looking out at the pond!

Property was lovely and quiet. Relatively easy to get to, clean and spacious. 2nd floor property overlooking a pond with a resident crocodile. Owner was responsive and nice.

The apartment has been redone and was clean, but it smelled musty. There wasn’t enough toilet paper, so we bought our own. Towels are thin. Beach towels were provided, which we appreciated. Laundry worked well but everything had to be washed upon arriving home due to the musty smell of the condo. The deck provided a nice outdoor space. We didn’t utilize the pool but it was clean and easily accessed. There are kitchen tools, but they are the very inexpensive kind. Getting in and out was easy. We wouldn’t stay again due to the mustiness, but if that doesn’t bother you, it would be fine.

Clean, well accommodated and great location

I stayed here for 2 weeks and the location is fantastic, short drive to CHS and all of the amazing things to do downtown. The neighborhood is fantastic, great for taking walks and saying hello to the friendly neighbors. The property itself is sparkling clean, exactly as described and pictured in the ad and has everything you would need to make your stay easy and comfortable. Highly recommended.
