“Our stay at this boutique hotel was exactly what we needed — quiet, relaxing, and full of small coastal charms. The property offers lovely sprinkled ocean views throughout, giving us just the right touch of seaside atmosphere without being right on the beach. Self check-in was incredibly easy and made arrival stress-free. Everything was clear, and we felt welcomed even without onsite staff. One of the biggest highlights for us was how dog-friendly the property is — our pup felt just as at home……

“This home is beautiful and had everything we needed. It was a perfect location for day trips to beach and the redwoods. Very quiet area. Easy access on/off freeway. ”

We also loved the proximity to Trinidad and its amazing restaurants (The Lighthouse Grill and Beachcomber Cafe), the short walk to Agate Beach, and the extra touches provided by the hosts. “This little house was absolutely lovely! The views are amazing - you are literally right on the cliffside and have a view of the ocean from the living room and the bedroom. It's got a decent kitchen, and a great bathtub. It's also only 2 miles from Pt Cabrillo lighthouse, so you can easily walk there. Great stargazing, too. One of the best places I've stayed!”

“A clean cottage, unusually well appointed with household conveniences. The location was ideal to see sights within Humboldt county. The setting was a plus, with huge views of the city and bay yet it was in a quiet corner of town. ”
