Lovely property!

Very spacious and clean. Pictures accurately convey how the space looks. Management company was easy to communicate with.

Great property for our needs!

We really enjoyed the set up of the unit. The lower level was perfect! Enjoyed the Echo Lake State Park and other things to do nearby in N. Conway.

Easter celebration

The property is as advertised, very clean, the beds are super comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. My grandchildren, ages 7 to 11 never left the basement. They had a great time. The location is also excellent, close to the water park, the village and Diana's bath ,all activities that we enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again. Abbey is a great host!

Kid Fall Getaway

Had an excellent time! Kids (Ages 3,5 and 6) loved having the basement to themselves and it was great for parents to have them on trundle beds and not worry about anyone falling out of a bunk bed. Very comfortable, clean and great location!

Great getaway just outside downtown

The house was very clean and beautiful! Our small group was comprised of 3 family's who had more than enough room for the the kids to play and adults have some quiet separation. The Basement was the best feature! I wish every rental had a basement set up like this. We had an amazing weekend and will plan to revisit in the future!

Awesome place to take your family. Can't say enough good things about the property. The house was fully furnished with everything you could need. The dishes and silverware for children was a great touch, as well as the toiletries left in each bathroom. There were also all types of toys and games throughout the house. My 2 year old had an absolute blast playing with the toy car, magnetic dart board and foosball table. The house was clean, spacious and cozy and the location was perfect. The beds were super comfortable and the basement theatre was amazing for a movie night. 10/10 would not hesitate to stay here again. If you're looking for a great place to take the family 5 minutes from the town center and even less to echo lake, look no more, this is the perfect property that checks all the boxes. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Great location, spacious and fun!

We stayed with family for my mom’s 70th birthday. Ages ranged from 3-70 and everybody was happy! Games were fun, house was clean and had sweet little touches. Location was perfect for many restaurants, attractions, etc. Parking and accessibility were wonderful. My only (small) suggestion would be to update windows and doors. A couple window screens were falling out, screen door on the slider and front door were both inconveniences at times but truly a wonderful stay and we would love to return again!
