Great Location

Great place, great location!

Our family, including adults, very young kids, and one young dog, really enjoyed our week here. The house has everything you need for a wonderful family vacation and the location is within easy walking distance of everything you need and enjoy. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning someday.

Loved our stay here! It was walking distance to so many good spots (food, shopping, hiking). Lots of comfortable beds, and plenty of space for us to have our two little ones (2.5 years old and 2 months old) along. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!

Trip to North Conway

We had a great stay in this home. We were a close walk to town and a ten minute drive to Storyland, hiking and swimming spots. We also enjoyed the hot tub in the yard! The neighborhood was quiet and the house had everything we needed during our stay as well as plenty of space for sleeping for my four children. All the rooms had AC units which helped since it was a hot week! We’d definitely recommend this home to other families.

Perfect location close to downton North Conway and Cranmore

Visited Diann's property with 4 adults and 5 children. Location was close to shops/restaurants in downtown North Conway and only a few minutes to the base of Cranmore. House was cozy and had all the necessary amentities. Hot tub was a plus after a day on the slopes. Will likely return again in the future.

We came up for a family ski weekend. Skied attitash and wildcat. Attitash is about 15 min drive. Wildcat was 30 min. House is very cozy with small wood burning stove/fireplace. Easy walk into town. Cute, quiet neighborhood. Hot tub was great after ski day.

Great house, great location!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this house. We loved the location, it was so close to downtown that our 3 & 5 year olds walked home from the playground/splash pad without complaint! The house was clean, well stocked, had easy parking, and some lovely amenities. We found the kitchen to be well stocked & were thrilled with the amount of towels provided. The hot tub and fire pit in the yard made for relaxing adult time in the evening & having plenty of air conditioners meant a great nights sleep. The whole family agreed we would stay again!

The house was clean and the hot tub was relaxing. The only problem was the WiFi was unusable and without WiFi it was a dead zone. And the kitchen lacked essentials…but bring everything you need to cook and you’ll be golden.

Awesome house in the perfect location!

Perfect location for our tubing trip down the Saco. Walking distance to Zebs and other cool spots to shop and get fresh drinks and snacks. We ate dinner at the house, the kitchen is fully stocked. I was psyched about the spice rack! Each bedroom was spacious and had towels for each person. Great home!! Diann was wonderfully attentive if we needed anything. I can’t wait to go back. We LOVE the White Mountains!

The house was quint and cozy. It was a convenient walk to the main strip, only 2 blocks up. It is also extremely convenient to Cranmore mountain, where we spent half a day at the adventure park. Is a great location if looking to ski. We made an outdoor fire every night, but you have to get your own wood. The owners were very helpful and communicative with any questions I had. It wasn't perfect. There were a few lamps (3) with burnt out lightbulbs. At least one of the TV remotes didn't have batteries. The bedding seemed a little shabby, and the water pressure upstairs was weak. I would've given this place 9/10 stars if I could, but the positives outweighed the negatives, so I went to 5 as a 4 would have been unfair.

Holiday Getaway

Our family of 3 (and small dog) enjoyed a 5 night stay Dec. 23-28th. The house was clean, cozy, and comfortable! We found the kitchen to be well stocked, the wood burning stove a bit small but easy to use! We took advantage of the outdoor hot tub. Only wish it was a bit more private but oh well! Despite the unfortunate weather (warm cloudy/rainy) we managed to have a great time! The location is FABULOUS! A short walk to shops, restaurants, and walking trails. We have family in the area and were able to host a dinner for 7 adults with plenty of room! We are grateful to the owners for sharing their beautiful home!

Perfect house and location

Our family of four spent a week in August of 2023 and absolutely loved the house. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in porch, the deck, and the hot tub. The location was perfect- we always walked to dinner downtown. We’ve spent many weeks in North Conway, and this was probably our favorite house that we’ve rented. Diann was also extremely responsive and helpful. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the house one night when we left for dinner. I messaged Diann and she responded immediately with a solution! I have nothing but positives to say based on my experience.
