"A fantastic experience! The quality of both breakfast and lunch was exceptional. The staff was very helpful and efficient, helping with shipping and calling taxis. The room was comfortable, clean, well-insulated, and quiet, with an elegant view from the window. Highly recommended! 完美的體驗！早餐、中餐的食物品質都是高水準表現。工作人員的服務態度非常好。協助寄送物品、叫計程車都很有效率。房間舒適整潔，隔音很好，安靜，窗外精緻優雅。非常推薦！"

"We request 2 twin beds with a smoking room, but when we check in, the staff tell us the twin bed don’t have smoking room. Then why we can choose twin bed with smoking room? I don’t know the problem is from the staff or expedia, and the answer is the same from the staff. Ok then, doesn’t matter the problem from ibis or Expedia, you should correct your option anyway from the situation like this. Hope this comment can let the one come after to know the situation. In the future , I won’t choose ibis again, since the staff answer is keep looping…looping…"
