“We arrived late in the evening and stayed for one night. Host was responsive and accommodating. The rooms were clean, we enjoyed the kitchen and living area as well. Walls are thin so we could hear everything and since it is close to the road there is a traffic noise. We think it was a good value and we would stay again. ”

“I would like to shout out the photographer of this property. They need a raise! The place was very run down. It's in a rough area, neighborhoods didn't feel inviting. We could hear traffic from our room, and the train went by several times. The room was described as "able to sleep 4." Well, that was simply impossible. There was 1 king size bed. No couch. No futon. Just a large chair that was impossible to sleep in as a full-size adult. The tv barely worked and then didn't at all. It was a very……

“The resort overall is great, but we were put in a room that reeked like cigarette smoke. When we mentioned it to management they were unable to do anything for the first evening and even on the second evening, they only offered another cleaning to help mitigate the odor, which only worked for one evening. Overall these rooms really need an overhaul. ”

“When I got there it was after 2 am my plane was late. I was in a horrible room I believe the missed cleaning. Couldn’t sleep that first night at all. Next morning went to front desk and tel them about my experience and the definitely helped me and were concerned about my experience. They gave me a different room and my experience was wonderful after that. That woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and so was the security guard at night when I arrived.
